We Understand
Michele L. McCarroll, Ph.D.
President and CEO
Dr. McCarroll was coached by the late actress, Diane Gaidry of Vérité Life Coaching, for over four years during a time in her life when she was seeking change and needing guidance. She was looking for someone that could help her understand why she was having a deep sense of longing for more out of life - but what? Diane had a background very different from Michele and implemented various coaching tools and homework assignments geared to helping her discover her unique gifts. Diane’s coaching focused on strengths based approaches to help people be their authentic selves, creating greater clarity, confidence, and presence in all areas of life.
Sadly, in January of 2018, Diane received a cancer diagnosis and passed away in January of 2019. After Diane's passing, Dr. McCarroll felt her life shifting again. She decided to apply her experience of 25 years of being a professor, clinical researcher, and healthcare provider in different ways. Thus, she opened her business, Strength-Based Solutions, LLC to help those longing for support at pivotal moments in a company's mission, school's accreditation, program's credentials, or non-profit's trajectory. It is Diane’s legacy Michele wishes to pay forward in all her strength-based services.
